Bio for Jessica Dougherty
Jessica Dougherty graduated from West Chester University, in West Chester, PA with a B.S., Marketing. At WCU, Jessica played Division I Field Hockey in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Shortly out of college, Jessica joined her dad's Guardian General Agency in Lancaster, PA. Jessica has grown with the general agency (now under new ownership by Dennis Eckels) and was the office manager of the Lancaster office for many years. After having left the agency for a two year period to explore a different career opportunity, Jessica is now back with the agency as Brokerage Marketing Director with the Brokerage team. Having had the experience of the two year blip away from the agency, Jessica has full appreciation for the type of planning, quality of products, and integrity of the people that gives this company its' long standing name and ratings.
Jessica currently resides in Mountville, PA with her husband, Matt and two energetic sons, Gavin and Logan. When she's not chasing her two little boys, she enjoys spending time with her husband, outdoor activities, gym time, and reading.
